About Us

Selçuk KUNT, born in 1987 in Gazipaşa, Antalya, completed his education and later engaged in various industries, primarily in tourism. During his activities in the tourism sector, he gained valuable knowledge and experience. In 2015, Selçuk KUNT decided to leverage his knowledge and experience in different fields and started working in the real estate sector.

Due to his excellent familiarity with the region, he analyzes the behaviors of buyers and sellers adeptly, thus shaping the real estate sector in the vicinity of Gazipaşa and Alanya.

The Registration Act, 1908, the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 mandates the registration of an agreement for sale of an immovable property.
